Our Inclusive Griffith Avenue Mile Race Welcomes Everyone!

The core theme to the Griffith Avenue Mile race is community. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to participate in activities that promote health, happiness, and a sense of belonging in our local community.

Our mile race is open to people with disabilities, and we wholeheartedly welcome individuals from all walks of life to join us on Sunday 17th of September 2023.

Our commitment to inclusion means that we have taken proactive steps to ensure that our community race is accessible to everyone. The route is wheelchair-friendly and we have accessible facilities available at our camp base (DCU ALL Hallows).

It’s important to us that no one is left out. So get involved now whether you're an avid runner, a casual jogger, or someone who simply loves being part of a vibrant community, our inclusive run is the perfect opportunity for you to get involved.

We welcome participants of all abilities, ages, and backgrounds. Maybe you're lacing up your runners for the first time in a long while or you're a seasoned runner looking for a new challenge, either way our race has a place for you!
